Facility Website

Castle Hayne Storaway - Debbie Godbold

Can you what most businesses have done to create a website for their ministorage units? Did they hire a professional web designer or create a website from a cookie cutter web builder such as web builder or another?

Hello Debbie,

I cannot express enough the importance of a functional website. In my 16 years, I have certainly made a lot of mistakes. What I have learned is that you will pay more up front for a website created by a professional who knows the industry but you will end up spending more in the long run with much more frustration by going with a company who does not understand our industry or who does not have a successful track record for websites. SEO, Mobile functionality, renting online, etc.

Agree with Lynn here. You can find places that will build your website for $300 and charge $50 a month for upkeep. Those are the ones I can't run away from fast enough. Typically and quality site will cost $1000+ to build and $250 a month to maintain. It sounds expensive but it will be the best form of marketing you can do and will pay you back in a huge!!! way.
