Meet Your NCSSA Board Member! Jay Fulcher

Jay Fulcher - Vice President of Asset Management, Morningstar Properties, LLC

           

Mr. Fulcher joined Morningstar in 2017 and has responsibility for identifying, quantifying and implementing new strategies for realizing growth in property values and returns for both the storage and marina lines of business.  Prior to joining Morningstar, Mr. Fulcher spent 12 years as the Vice-President of Operations for a private commercial real estate company specializing in retail and storage properties.  Mr. Fulcher also spent eight years in assisted living operations and consulting. 

Mr. Fulcher is a past president and current board member of the North Carolina Self Storage Association. Mr. Fulcher is also a Board Member for Claire’s Army, a Charlotte based non-profit.

Mr. Fulcher earned a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.  Mr. Fulcher is a licensed real estate agent in North and South Carolina and holds the Certified Property Manager ® and Certified Commercial Investment Member ® designations.
