NCSSA Seminar UPDATE
We are writing to inform you that the May 17th Seminar in Peninsula Yacht Club, Cornelius, NC has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In response to the temporary shutdown of the Colonial Pipeline, Governor Roy Cooper signed an Executive Order declaring a State of Emergency in North Carolina.
As you may have already seen or experienced yourself, this has caused many people to panic creating new challenges for those needing to travel. After multiple reports of gas stations running out of gas and people lining up at the pumps all over the Carolinas, we want to be mindful of the concerns of our members with regard to finding a gas supply as well as any increased costs that may continue to evolve.
Instead of trying to reschedule, we have determined it is best to cancel and gear up for our next event in August. For all attendees and sponsors who have already registered and paid, we thank you for all your support. We can certainly issue you a refund, however, we are looking into being able to transfer your credit towards the August Event if you wish to attend.
We will be sending out a separate email to all those who already registered with how we will proceed with either a refund or transfer of credit based on your preference.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may caused with travel plans and for those who shuffled around their schedule to allow for this time together. This event combined with the lingering concerns of Covid-19 and in person events, we feel it is the right decision to make at this time.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Otherwise, stay tuned for more details on an even better event in August!! We will be in touch.
