Southeast Management Company is looking for highly self-motivated individuals or husband/wife couples as Facility Managers for a self-storage facility named Plantation Storage located in Columbia, South Carolina.
Duties and responsibilities of the job include customer service, retail sales, marketing, budget and expense control, debt collection, basic computer knowledge/skills, revenue management and basic property maintenance capabilities.
This is a Full-time position with a competitive salary, benefit package, including health, dental, life insurance and 401k plan, paid holidays and paid time off. The position DOES NOT have onsite housing.
