Brad Minsley - Co-Founder, 10 Federal Companies

Brad Minsley's responsibilities at 10 Federal include Operatings, Technology Development and Finance.

Specifically, Brad manages the development and implementation of the technologies used to operate self-storage properties on an increasingly automated and efficient basis.  Additionally, Brad is responsible for the oversight of the Call Center, Accounting, Property Management and Facility Maintenance divisions within 10 Federal.

Brad Minsley Co-Founded 10 Federal with his brother, Cliff Minsley in 2010.  Since inception, the property has acquired and developed in excess of 1,000,000sf of Multifamily and 1,000,000sf of self-storage.  

10 Federal is based in Raleigh, NC and is active in twelve states throughout the USA with over 120 active employees.
