NCSSA Regional Training Seminars
This year, the NCSSA held four seminars in Asheville, Charlotte, Raleigh and Wilmington. The seminars were offered at a nominal cost for members and attracted 144 total attendees. Speakers Eddie Johnson, Bobby Mann and Patti Thomas made presentations on the changes to the lien law, sales and customer service techniques, and marketing in the electronic age.
