We are excited to introduce the Leadership Recognition Dinner, a special evening celebration held during our Fall Conference to recognize and honor rising leaders in long-term care and aging services.
This event highlights individuals who are early in their leadership journey but are already making a meaningful impact in their organizations and the lives of those they serve. Honorees will be invited to attend an elegant dinner, where they’ll be formally recognized among peers, mentors, and colleagues.
Join us for an evening dedicated to celebrating the rising stars in Indiana’s long-term care community. The Leadership Recognition Dinner honors individuals with leadership roles , showcasing their commitment, growth, and potential as future change-makers.
This special event brings together providers, peers, and partners in a spirit of recognition, inspiration, and connection.
Eligibility for Nomination
Nominees should meet the following criteria:

Currently employed at a LAIN provider nursing facility, assisted living community, CCRC, or hospice organization in good standing

In a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., department head, manager, director)

New to leadership, typically within the first 1–5 years of a formal leadership position
-
Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to quality care

Actively contributing to a positive workplace culture and team development
We welcome nominations from administrators, supervisors, or other key organizational contacts who can speak to the nominee’s leadership qualities and potential.

Presenting Sponsor (Exclusive – $3,500)
