Physical Requirements of the job may include, but are not limited to: daily walks of the property, cleaning units and grounds, raising and closing unit doors(up to 50lbs.) and similar light maintenance activities. These are requirements to effectively do this job. Care for established lawns by cutting, mulching, aerating, weeding, watering, trimming and edging around all beds, aisle ways and walls. Inspection of perimeter and removing all trash found on property. Maintain clear area around dumpster. Sweep/blow aisles, breezeways and sidewalks. Clean gutters. Pressure washing of hig traffic areas Replacing A/C filters as needed Maintain vacant units in a rent-ready fashion Follow all Safety guidelines in accordance with Company policy and Standards. There will be a need to transition into the office on Saturdays to provide assistance when the Store Manager cannot be there. Most Saturdays are required. Sundays off. All Candidates must have: -Knowledge of basic computer skills -Customer Service and Retail experience -A valid driver's license and reliable transportation |
