No one will cover flooding. That's a Federal Gov't program. That being said, I have heard of some providers helping out their best performing stores. If you have a contact within your current provider I would try to reach out to them to get it pushed through.

Most tenant insurance companies do not cover flood/rising water. Hopefully your tenant insurance company will help guide you to reduce the amount of loss such as provide tips for drying items and preventing mold.
