Evicting a Tenant Sleeping in a Unit

Does anyone know NC law concerning evicting a tenant for sleeping in a unit? Can it be immediate eviction?

Are you using the NCSSA "sanctioned lease"? If so point 3 and point 35 (c) and both grounds for termination. Immediately take gate access away and send a letter terminating based on above to points.
