What are the steps to proceed with auctioning a storage unit of a tenant that has passed away? The unit is several years delinquent. Thanks!

So long as it is not wrapped up in probate, and you would be notified of such, you can proceed as if it was any other auction unit. Let me say for the record that's not legal advice and I am no attorney
