I have my lot insured by a independent broker. Kannapolis Insurance in NC. The agent is Robert Efird. They have been great. Easy to contact in the office. Answered my questions and set up the policy to fit the needs of my lot. VERY nice people who are familiar with storage facilities. It was difficult to find any insurance companies familiar with Storage Facilities. It is so much easier dealing with a group who specialize in Storage Lots. Ask to speak to Robert-704-938-8060
